Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Shipping delays may occur, we are not responsible for delayed orders. Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Esquina Bicycles offers a 30 day return policy.
Return Procedure and Conditions
- Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale / closeout items cannot be refunded.
- You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold. All packing materials, accessories and documentation must be included.
- All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conditions are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the conditions and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If an item does not meet the conditions, Esquina Bicycles reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 40% at Esquina Bicycle's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your product is received.
- Special order items including E-bikes, Mechanical Bikes, Tires, Wheelsets, and any product special ordered on behalf of the customer made in-store do not qualify for returns. All sales are final on special orders.
Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions
Some manufacturers have implemented return restrictions that prevent Esquina bicycles from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products for any reason. Please check the item listing on our website to determine if special return policies are applicable to your products. Support as well as exchanges or replacements for products with manufacturer or supplier restrictions, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer or supplier. You can find the manufacturer or suppliers contact information in your product manual, in the item listing, on the manufacturer's website or at our help center.
Non Refundable Items:
Gift cards. Health and Personal Care Items. Items include, but are not limited to the following: Chamois Cream, Recovery Lotion, Sunscreen/Sunblock.
Custom Bikes, Frames, and Wheels. Electronic Items, GPS devices. Food/Nutrition, including CBD products. Special orders made in-store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take up to 10 business days to settle.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please take the following steps prior to contacting us:
- Check the account your payment was made from (Bank, Credit Card, Paypal)
- Place an inquiry with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is pending, as these can take time to post.
- If evidence of refund has still not been found, please contact us at email@example.com
Esquina will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping your return to Esquina, we highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.
